What is an Energy Reading?

It is essentially a snapshot of your energy, and where it may be blocked, stagnant or needing some love and attention to clear away any unwanted energetic residue within your energetic and physical body.

Much like a car needing a service, the longer we put off dealing with it because it's difficult or irritating we tend to hold out until it gets desperate or once something goes wrong.

An Energy Reading is an opportunity to gain a deeper clarity into yourself and receive the guidance and the message that you need to hear at this time.

During this 1:1 Session, I will connect to your energy and be shown which chakras you might need to focus your energy on right now to create more alignment in your life.

You will receive a summarised message with everything we discuss and a copy of the Oracle cards and the messages that you receive so that you can reflect back on our session and any aligned action that you need to take towards your path of healing & transformation.

A 20-minute session will allow me to connect with you and be able to read your energy and the areas in your body that need a wheel alignment.

We will discuss how these are effectively leaking out your energy and how this might be showing up in your life.

Our energy centres have a direct impact on our physical reality so by restoring balance to your energy the physical symptoms will lessen.

We will discuss ways that will support a holistic plan to get your energy purified and running at its best, along with additional spiritual guidance and direction that will support your growth and healing journey.
