Before my session with Carla I was feeling really stuck, struggling to feel gratitude and joy in my life and focusing so much on what wasn’t working.

Carla was so gracious and gentle as she held my metaphorical hand down into my depths.

With my eyes closed I seen colours appearing in waves. Carla explained fully what these colours represented..
