How to Forgive Someone else
Forgiveness allows you to be able to let go of any feelings of resentment, hurt, pain or anger that you may be physically storing in your body.
These feelings may be responsible for keeping you in a lower vibrational state and creating a physical block in various aspects of your life. It can be hard to contemplate forgiveness, but it will do more damage to yourself if you hold onto these feelings.
By being brave and forgiving someone who has wronged or hurt you, you are choosing to let go of the emotional attachment to that experience which will allow you to take back your power from that situation, rather than letting it take up negativity in your mind and body. This in turn will open up more positive experiences to enter your life.
